A leading media conglomerate with operations in India and overseas was looking for a road map for organisation transformation. Work included conducting a diagnostic exercise in person at locations across the globe to understand key issues. Built an 18- month implementation plan which included redesigning the organisation, defining roles, competency mapping, performance management design and implementation.

Designed a 9-month leadership development intervention that was delivered to the target group in the organisation. Leadership predictors were measured, at the beginning, to build awareness followed by customized interim inputs. Support and hand holding through the duration of the intervention. In conclusion, leadership predictors measured once again to determine tangible behavior change.
